To further enhance the flavor profile, we continue to age this product in Balsamic Vinegar barrels hand crafted by Francesco Renzi in Modena, Italy, specifically for ToothAcre Ranch. The final product is a dense, sweet and sour taste with a fruity bouquet. Density: 1.28
